Regional Coordination

We at Computer Automation take pride in our outstanding customer service. After a successful implementation, each customer is assigned to a CAS Regional Coordinator. Regional Coordinators act as a liaison between CAS, customers, and the state departments of education. When you need services such as:

  • designing new forms
  • scheduling additional trainings
  • building an interface to a new student system
  • and so on,

contact your Regional Coordinator to assist you in getting these tasks underway.

Additionally, the SEAS Regional Coordinator proactively updates you when new enhancements and/or functionality are being introduced to SEAS. They are responsible for working with the state department of education to identify upcoming changes as well as understanding the potential impact to our customers.

Regional Coordination is a unique service that is provided to you at no additional cost. We believe that the changing nature of special education requires this on-going, proactive service. We also believe that, as a SEAS customer, your main contact point with CAS after your implementation should not be the Help Desk.
