Implementation
Process
With 1,800 installations, Computer Automation has built and streamlined an implementation process that is designed to quickly launch the SEAS solution so that you can immediately begin taking advantage of all of the its benefits.
This streamlined process, along with the design of SEAS to easily accommodate customization, means that your professional implementation will allow you to begin using SEAS in a matter of weeks and not months or years like traditional software.

Leadership
Each SEAS implementation is led by an experienced CAS Implementation Manager. These experienced staff members have been through many SEAS implementations over the years. They have worked with districts all across the country and can bring a wealth of knowledge on best practices and alternative approaches based on that experience.
Their number one job is to ensure a complete and successful project so that you can realize the benefits of the SEAS solution as soon as possible.
Collaboration
The most critical component of our implementation process is our partnership with our customer. The CAS team brings experience in successful software execution. The customer team bring expertise in their processes, reporting, data, and most importantly, people. All successful SEAS implementations require the close collaboration of both teams working together towards success!
The "SEAS Implementation Guide", available on the White Papers page, discusses the implementation process in great detail. Click here to find out more about the "SEAS Implementation Guide ".
