Training
One of the key factors in your successful SEAS implementation is the training of your staff. When your staff is comfortable with a system, they accept it and integrate it into their daily routine rather than having it forced upon them.
Computer Automation's Training Department consists of experienced trainers who demonstrate great pride and enthusiasm in seeing that your staff is trained and comfortable with all areas of the SEAS program.
Your district's training plan will be built according to your needs. Components of your training program may include:
- On-site Training
- Remote Training (via web broadcast)
- Administrative Training
- Teacher Training
- Service Professional Training
Many districts also request an annual Training Maintenance Program . This program brings a CAS trainer on-site periodically throughout the year to provide:
- Refresher Training
- New Functionality Training
- Key-User Training
- New Employee Training
Signing up for a Training Maintenance Program gives you the ability to choose which dates during the year you want the CAS Trainer on-site.
SEAS also offers SEAS Mini-Lessons . These on-line computer-based training (CBT) courses are to all users via the SEAS program. These self-paced lessons walk you through commonly used SEAS functions allowing you to get the additional focused training right when you need it to complete your job.
